Flyers

Use these PDF flyers to tell others about Aspire and its benefits to them. There are flyers for organizations/workers and flyers for families. Be sure to download the family flyer for your agency so that it has the correct agency logo. 

Fidelity Tools

These fidelity tools have been created to make sure you are using Aspire with best practices. These guidelines help reinforce what you learned in the Aspire trainings. You can use these tools to self-assess your Aspire facilitation skills or to help support a worker you supervise.

Fidelity Checklist [Microsoft Word]

Aspire coaches can use this checklist to see how well you remember the "best practices" for facilitating the Aspire assessment. Supervisors can use this tool to observe an Aspire coach and to help support intervention fidelity. This checklist will help you see what you are doing well and what areas you might want to improve.

Professional Development Plan Template [Microsoft Word]

This template is to help you create an Aspire professional development plan. After completing the Aspire Fidelity Checklist, Aspire coaches can identify areas of need and make a plan for improving them.

COMING SOON: Household Review Checklist [Microsoft Word]

This tool can assist with case reviews. First, download an Aspire Excel data report. (Excel data reports are available for Facilitator Admin and Org Admin accounts.) Then, use this checklist to monitor that Aspire data are being entered correctly and completely.
